The purpose of this report is to evaluate the 2013 Nursing Practicum Instructor Seminar（NPIS）using a questionnaire. Forty-six instructors attended the seminar; 100%（46）returned the questionnaires. Satisfaction with all sessions was 100% . This 11-session program consisted of 6 lectures and 5 group work sessions, which incorporated the instructors’ valuable experiences based on the Andragogy model. The satisfaction with the group work was 97.8% . Participants felt the influence of the Group Dynamics during their group work sessions. The time that individuals became consciously aware of the group dynamics varied greatly, from as early as the first day, to the very last day of the seminar. They felt that the first influence of the Group Dynamic was that participants began to speak more freely in the group. In addition, of the participants who were aware of the Group Dynamics, 51.2% had had a similar experience in the past. The other participants 37.1% experienced Group Dynamics for the first time. Participants met the objectives of this seminar. Some topics were suggested for the NPIS of 2014. 本報告は、臨地実習指導者研修セミナーのプログラム修了後に全受講者46 人に実施したアンケート調査（回収率100％）結果を基に、グループワークにおけるグループ・ダイナミックス（Group Dynamics, GD）の形成過程ならびに本セミナーの達成度について評価したものである。本セミナーは、成人学習モデルの視点に立ち、受講者の経験をベースに学習を進めるグループワークを基軸としてプログラムの半分以上に取り入れている。受講者のセミナーへの総合満足度は100％であり、そのうち97.8％はグループワークに満足し、93.5％がグループワークでGD を感じていた。GD を感じ始めた時期は、初日から最終日と各人異なっていた。GD を感じたきっかけは、グループ内で自由に発言できるようになったことであった。また、GD を感じた人の51.2％は、過去にも同様の体験をしていたが、37.1％は、今回初めてGD を体験していた。その他、本セミナー全体の満足度ならびに受講者の目標達成状況についての回答から、本セミナーの目的は達成できたと評価できる。また、受講者が要望する内容等、次年度以降の企画への示唆が得られた。 |
