 note = {佐久大学・佐久市は、2016年1月25日〜2018年12月31日までJICA((独)国際協力機構)より草の根技術協力・地域活性化特別枠プロジェクト「タイ、チョンブリ県における町ぐるみ高齢者ケア・包括プロジェクト-サンスク町をパイロット地域として-」を受託し実施した。本事業は、高齢化が日本より速いスピードで進み、介護システム、在宅ケアが追い付いていないサンスク町へ佐久市の経験に基づく地域包括ケアをタイの文化に合った形で導入を試みた取組である。成果目標は次の5項目であった。1.高齢者保健医療・介護推進委員会の設置、2.ヘルスボランティア(以下HV)及びサンスク町の看護師による要介護高齢者を対象とした在宅ケアの企画と実施、3.地域保健委員会活動の再編、4.住民の自主活動である寺単位の健康体操のプログラムの改編、5.佐久市で研修を受け、帰国した看護師、理学療法士、HVによる地域活動への貢献。本第1報では、プロジェクトの開始から約1年半後となる2017年9月末までの活動を報告する。Saku University and Saku city have implemented JICA Partnership Technical Cooperation Project, “Community-based Comprehensive Elderly Care Project in Chonburi Province, Thailand -Project in Saensuk Municipality as a Pilot Area‒ from Jan., 2016 to Dec., 2018. In Thailand, progress of aging society is faster than Japan. Elderly care system and home-care services have not been functioned well before the project. Therefore experience of Saku city on community-based comprehensive elderly care seemed applicable for Saensuk Municipality respecting Thai culture. Five outcomes of the project are: 1. To establish Health, Medicine and Welfare Committee for the elderly care, 2. To make a plan and implementation of home-care services by nurses and health volunteers, 3. To reform community activities by Community Health Committee, 4. To reform health promotion exercises at the temple based on health level of the elderly, 5. Positive contribution of nurses, physical therapists and health volunteers who were trained in Saku city to community activities. This is the report of activities from Jan., 2016 to the end of Sep., 2017.},
