spp.(モンユスリカ亜科,肉食:性ユスリカ)の各幼虫を河口湖および四尾連湖から採取し,体内の脂肪酸組成について分析した。幼虫の飽和脂肪酸とモノ不飽和脂肪酸の総和は総脂肪酸量の50-80mol%の高い値を示した。主要な飽和脂肪酸はC16:0(13-32mol%)であり,モノ不飽和脂肪酸はC18:1(6-23mol%)であった。またポリ不飽和脂肪酸は主にn-3系の脂肪酸Cl8:3(n-3),C20:5(n-3)であったが,C22:6(n-3)はTanypodinae spp.に存在したが,他のユスリカ幼虫では検出限界以下の濃度であった。ユスリカの羽化期には飽和脂肪酸の減少とn-3系の脂肪酸を含む高度不飽和脂肪酸の増加が認められた。ポリ不飽和脂肪酸の増加はユスリカ幼虫の成育過程において形態変化とくに羽化時に重要なエネルギーもしくは代謝に深い関係を持っ物質の基質となっている可能性のあることを考察した。","subitem_description_type":"Other"}]},"item_20002_description_22":{"attribute_name":"その他の資源識別子","attribute_value_mlt":[{"subitem_description":"日本陸水学雑誌.
