In this paper we first studied the Urease activity of 34 vigna bean varieties. (Table. 2.) But the variance between groups was not significant. (Table. 3.) Secondly we compared the Urease activity of Vigna beans with that of other beans. Urease activity of Vigna bean was about one fortieth as strong as that of Soy bean and Azuki bean but there was not any significant difference between Kidney bean and Vigna bean.
