勝彦"}],"nameIdentifiers":[{}]}]},"item_20004_date_19":{"attribute_name":"日付","attribute_value_mlt":[{"subitem_date_issued_datetime":"2015-09-25","subitem_date_issued_type":"Created"}]},"item_20004_description_14":{"attribute_name":"内容記述","attribute_value_mlt":[{"subitem_description":"本研究はアメリカシロヒトリの幼虫に対するサクラのディッピング処理・散布処理・瓶挿し処理および鉢植えモモの簡易潅注処理の4つの薬剤処理方法の防除効果を評価した。用いた薬剤はスタークル顆粒水溶剤(有効成分:ジノテフラン)で,試験は2013年8月29日から9月27日に信州大学農学部AFC昆虫生態学研究室で行った。その結果,ほとんどの処理において同じ薬量でも3齢幼虫よりも初齢幼虫の方が死亡率は高かった。また,初齢幼虫においては散布処理の効果が最も高く,薬液の濃度が1,10,100ppmでいずれも死亡率が100%に達した。また瓶挿し処理でも10,100ppmで100%の死亡率であった。3齢幼虫においては瓶挿し処理の効果が最も高く,死亡率が100ppmで100%,10ppmでは83.3%に達した。これより瓶挿し処理が初齢・3齢期を通して効果が高かった。したがって,薬剤による防除はアメリカシロヒトリの発育中期よりも初期の段階で行う方が効果は高いことと,従来の樹木に薬剤を散布する防除方法よりも,樹木に薬剤を吸収させる防除方法の方が防除効果は優れているということが示唆された。しかし,瓶挿し処理を実際の防除方法に近づけた簡易潅注処理では,他の処理よりも幼虫が死亡するまでに時間がかかり,土壌潅注は,土壌条件や潅注の時期によって効果が左右されることが課題だということが示唆された。","subitem_description_type":"Other"}]},"item_20004_description_20":{"attribute_name":"資源タイプ","attribute_value_mlt":[{"subitem_description":"Article","subitem_description_type":"Other"}]},"item_20004_description_22":{"attribute_name":"その他の資源識別子","attribute_value_mlt":[{"subitem_description":"信州大学農学部AFC報告
