 note = {In this paper a case of radicular cyst with ciliated epithelium partially appearing in the mandibular incisor region of a 76-year-old man is reported. The case was the only one found among 182 radicular cysts observed in Department of Oral Pathology, Matsumoto Dental College. Reports of mandibular radicular cyst with ciliated epithelium are rare in the published literatures.
