The results were as follows. 1: 3-5 year old children occupied the largest percentage of first visit outpatients annually. The majority of all new patients were between this age. 2: The number of new patients coming from Matsumoto city, Higashi-Chikuma county and Minami-Azumino county showed an increase in number every year. 3: The new patient's chief complaints of tooth ache and caries treatment decreased every year.
