Their school dieticians were interviewed and the junior high students answered a questionnaire in 2009. As a result of the questionnaire less than 10% disliked rice with germinated unpolished rice in school lunch. More than 80% of the junior high students answered that they ate large quantity or normal quantity of rice with germinated unpolished rice. A significant difference in palatability and consumption of rice with germinated unpolished rice was found between the schools. There were a few students who reported a good change in physical condition with the introduction of 10g of germinated unpolished rice in a meal. From these results, 10g of germinated unpolished rice in a meal was surmised to be too small to cause a change in physical condition., application/pdf, 40018816301}, pages = {51--59}, title = {発芽玄米入り米飯給食の実態とその摂取が中学生の健康に与える影響}, volume = {65}, year = {2010} }
