In previous studies of care workers, no work satisfaction measurement scale has been observed, and results on factors affecting work satisfaction have not always been consistent. The purpose of this study was to develop a work satisfaction measurement scale (questionnaire) for care workers and evaluate its usefulness. In the first step of the study process, a questionnaire for care workers was developed based on Stamps' Index of Work Satisfaction for nurses translated by Ozaki and Tadamasa. In the second step, a "pretest" survey was performed to evaluate the reliability and validity of this questionnaire as a work satisfaction measurement scale for care workers. In the future, as the third step, we intend to statistically analyze the results of the pretest and evaluate the reliability and validity of the questionnaire. |
